  • We are NOT responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses. 
  • Please DOUBLE-CHECK your shipping information before placing your order. 

Return & Exchange Policy 

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL! While our strands are made with quality materials, accidents happen. If your beads break within 7 days of delivery, please contact us at info@treasurebeautywithinllc.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Once verified, we will gladly replace the item or issue store credit.  

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
